Sooty, Sweep and Soo are making things. But, Matthew isn't too pleased because they have unraveled lots of toilet rolls and cut out the full washing-up liquid bottle. Matthew tells them they are meant to use them when they are empty. They decide to make things, and later on they get a special visit from a special paper teaser.
