Test of Time Superboy : Season 3 Episode 9

Two aliens from another world have come to Earth, and alter time, accelerating Superboy's presence. They test him, observing his reactions and using the results to determine if the entire human race on Earth can be conquered so they'll know how to take over the world and re-establish their race.
