Olivia finds a bottle of lactating pills, and accuses Annie of supplying her kids with illegal drugs, so Annie takes some of the pills to prove that they aren't harmful. While looking for a way to use Martin's syndrome against Vanessa, Virginia finds out that the Martin's Syndrome, or let's say, to become ill with it, is Vanessa's biggest fear.
