The arrival of a mail order package of "Aquachimps" turns Bradley and Stacy into the rival owners of a potential gold mine as they plan to train the little critters in the finer points of circus performing and then take them out on tour. But first they are going to have to outwit Polly, who takes up the cry for the creatures' right to self-determination.
