A day at day care Sesame Street : Season 13 Episode 100

Gordon and Bob are about to take the kids to the day care center, when they see it's about to rain. Oscar pulls up in his Sloppy Jalopy and offers them all a ride to avoid getting wet. He has the kids pile in the backseat while Gordon and Bob pull up the taxi's roof, which only goes far enough to cover the backseat. Oscar starts the car, which causes the roof to fall back down. They sense it will be a pattern, then the only option they have - the kids sit under the roof as Bob and Gordon push the car.
