aka ep186.4 Noni and Philip make a cloak from light weight material folded in four, hole cut for head and cut round at the bottom. There are figures (in swimsuit, raincoat and ski suit) matched to weather pictures (sun, rain, snow). An umbrella mobile is made with an old umbrella frame - cork on tips, decorated with scraps of material, paper, tinsel, etc and hung upside down. They dress-up as superman, with the cloak; a king with cloak decorations added with masking tape (material, milk bottle tops, paper, etc) cake frill crown. Through the windows is an umbrella factory. The story is 'North Wind and the Sun'.
