Mr. Unpredictable / Down the Tubes Odd Squad : Season 3 Episode 13

A new villain named Mr. Unpredictable calls out the Mobile Unit to try and solve his pattern. Then, the tube system is shut down due to a scrambler installed by a villain, so the Mobile Unit van becomes a taxi service for Odd Squad agents.
