First House Frustrations Love It or List It : Season 14 Episode 7

The decision to start a family prompted Ben and Courtney to buy their first house, a 1930s-era, ivy-covered brick home with a lot of charm ¿ and a lot of issues, including a flooded basement. Ben loves that their home is on a mature tree-lined street in a walkable neighborhood, but Courtney is expecting their second child and wants a functioning kitchen, a larger master en suite and a renovated basement.
