Stephanie and Bryan Bolick have been married for a year and now have a baby on the way, so they want to plant their feet in a new home--and soon. They currently share a 1,200-square-foot Cape Cod-style house with two rambunctious Labrador retrievers in Wilmington, NC. They want a larger place in the Monkey Junction neighborhood, near Carolina Beach. They would like it to be one story with at least three bedrooms. Guiding them through the real estate maze is agent Buddy Blake.
