Aimee is moving to Amsterdam to teach Yoga after completing her business degree and the death of her brother. She wants to combine her business and living space. Wood floors and room for a Yoga studio are a must, all for $2,000 per month. The first option is a basement/ground floor flat for $1,700. Aimee finds the flat crowded and having "stale" energy. The second flat is a two bedroom on the second floor. The second flat has an open garden that Aimee contemplates using for her Yoga classes. But the busy street creates a negative vibe for Aimee. The third exceeds her budget at $2,400 per month. It is on the second floor. The stairs are typically steeply Dutch. A large living room with hardwood floors, French doors and a balcony make the apartment ideal. But the budget is a problem. Which does she choose?
