Olivia hired a contractor to turn her basement into a livable area of her house so that her daughter and grandchildren could live with her in a nicer neighborhood. After she caught the contractor sleeping on the job she knew that she had to let the man go. Now with botched electrical work, very shoddy plumbing, and no steel lintels above the windows Olivia had no choice but to hire Mike Holmes and his crew to redo everything that the previous contractor seemed incapable of doing.
