George Ross was convicted of the murder of a business associate but the jury couldn't agree a verdict on his twin brother Sammy who was also accused of the crime. Now Sammy is facing a retrial. He denies murder but admits manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility, arguing that George exerted a malign psychological influence upon him; however the Prosecution insist that Sammy knew exactly what he was doing and is guilty of murder.
