Tails in Charge Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog : Season 1 Episode 26

Dr. Robotnik invents a Freeze-O-Ray that he tries to use to petrify Sonic. It works, and Tails has to keep Sonic away from Robotnik until he can cure his condition. At the end, the gun shoots itself, and is frozen forever, much to the chagrin of Robotnik.
